Property is very clean, room is very clean, excellent arrangement of beds, friendly receptionist, very close to the center.Everything you need is within the vicinity, like pharmacy, groceries, restaurant, parking space, etc.

I truly recommend staying in Pension Arroka. Hotel is perfectly located, in walking distance to everything you may want to see. It is very convenient that you can go to the restaurants, beach, bus/train station within 15 minutes. The room was clean and we really had everything we needed. Moreover staff is super helpful, kind and will provide you with any recommendations you may need. I would definitely come back to this place :)

The communication regarding check in, and how to find the accommodation was clear, specific, and super helpful. In an incredible location, short walk to the beach, right in the old town near all the incredible pintxo bars. Everything you could need just at your doorstep. Staff were SO lovely and helpful. Free coffee and tea in the room were a treat. They gave us a free upgrade to a very large room, which after a few weeks of travel in small hotel rooms was absolutely incredible. Street noise wasn’t really an issue for us - we found the closed balcony doors blocked out most of the noise on the street. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you’d need for a quick meal, etc. Beds were super comfy. Everything was sparkling clean. A/C worked well (one in bedroom and one in the living room). Elevator was handy for carrying up our luggage.

This hotel is in a great location, on the edge of the Old town, a two minute walk to the most popular bars and restaurants. it has a supermarket next door but is also a quieter section of town. The hotel is very comfortable and is decorated in a clean fresh modern style.
