I loved everything there. It was the best hotel I have ever lived in. Super quiet, palace-like yet comfy and homey. It had a unique atmosphere that evoked respect and contemplation. If I am ever back to La Laguna, this place will be my only choice to stay in.
My special complements and regards to Oliver, who is a great professional and a very friendly person.

One of the most charming hotels on Tenerife.
Very good staff.

The town is centrally located for those who want to explore Anaga National Park. The distance to get there is only 40 minutes. The town itself, you will get everything that you want. There are places where you can find restaurants, souvenirs, hotels, and so on.

This was a wonderful place to stay.
This was a wonderful place to stay. The room was clean and very functional. Having the area downstairs for meals was very nice.
The owner/caretaker was quite lovely and very accommodating.
The location was off the main area by a little bit, which we appreciated. We didn't want to be in a heavily populated area and enjoyed the peace and quiet. It was nice to go on the back deck and watch the sunrise, sunset, and night stars. The security gate around the property was comforting.
The parking was acceptable and became a game for us to get our car parked, then back on the driveway in one turn.
Being in the more northern part of Tenerife, it was a drive to go to the south end of the island. One morning we got caught in the traffic and almost missed our planned event. But, having said that, it was totally worth the homeyness and price. We will definitely use this place again!

Lovely old historic town which forms a base for also visiting Santa Cruz. Lots of bars and restaurants. The old buildings are frequently open to visitors. It is easy to walk around the old town which is set out in a grid pattern so difficult to get lost.

Second time staying and enjoyed it just as much.
Second time staying and enjoyed it just as much. Rooms are beautiful and well kept.
There is a small kitchenette but for some reason is has no cutlery ?? Nor did they provide any coffee or tea etc.. Bit strange?
The breakfast is high quality and plentiful.
Apart from that it's a great hotel in a great location for the town and to use as a base for the area. Their private carpark is €10 per night but the open CP is €7.50 PN BUT it gets rammed so I'd advise you to book the hotel CP.

Beautiful old town with a lot of interesting architecture and many pedestrian streets. Driving in with a car was a bit of a nightmare, as there is lots of traffic and parking is difficult. Beware of any restaurants that don't have price lists. We ate at Bodegon Tocuyo, no price lists & rips off tourists.

The town was exceeding my expectations, and it is for good reasons that belongs to UNESCO heritage.
The hotel did not meet the expectations, not deserving the four starts. Indeed, it has a good base to get the four stars for the valuable heritage it has, but the services need to be improved. Did not prove value for money.
The property was enormous (we may have been upgraded as it had two bedrooms). It is a converted old house in the centre of La Laguna. There perhaps 8-10 apartments. Our apartment had great facilities well designed and of good quality. It had a large roof terrace although there was not much of a view. Despite being in the middle of La Laguna it was exceedingly quiet. The town has a regular tram down to Santa Cruz and so formed an excellent base for both of the towns.
Super nice hosts, you can feel they really want you to be comfortable. Everything is super clean and catered for. The location was perfect for us because we were on our last night in Tenerife. The airport is 5 minutes away by car but there's zero noise from the planes! Just the right place to be to visit La Laguna and depart comfortably the following day. The host was so great he also took us to the airport!
The location of the hotel is good, because there's a free parking spot right next to it. Close to the main street, with many shops and restaurants. We really liked the lobby area and also the rooftop pool, great to enjoy the sunny days here in La Laguna. The hotel has many plants in the public areas, which is great, because we love plants :) The breakfast was also delicious!
The host was welcoming and hospitable and the accommodation was one of the best I've stayed in - unique, nicely decorated, clean, spacious, closely located to a parking lot and the historical part of La Laguna where you can feel like a local and go to some great pubs and tapas bars. The neighbourhood is also quiet, perfect to get well rested and explore the rest of Tenerife.

On arrival, we were met with our warm and welcoming host Miguel. My partner and I felt completely at ease as we were led to our room. The accommodation was clean, spacious and well- appointed, and in a superb location right in the centre of La Laguna. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this family-run hotel and would give it our highest recommendations.
A small and friendly hotel. Clean and spacious rooms. The host was really nice and text us the exact location on the day of our arrivals, so it was really easy to find. Since we had to check out very early to the airport they arranged us a nice breakfast bag to take with us. We were there only for 1 night, but the impression was very good.
The flat is located in a nice residential area of San Cristobal de la Laguna. There are many services around the corner and parking can be found realatively easily. The flat is equipped with kitchen utensils and even a washing machine. The staff was very thorough and willing to make sure that the stay ran smoothly.
This mini hotel is nice and you can find anything you need in the kitchen.
The owner helped us to order a taxi to the North Airport at 4.30am, it cost 15€, which is not easy to do for a foreigner.
The place is ideal for a night stay before airport 🛫
There's no much diners and restaurants nearby, so count on that
La Asomada del Gato is magical. The courtyard full of tropical plants, flowers & fruit trees was so serine. Breakfast was great with fresh squeezed orange juice. It is very close to all the historicl sites & restaurants. Loved LA Laguna, definitely a must see town while in Tenerife.
Beautiful restored building with stunning rooms. We enjoyed the space so much we were sad to only have one night. Great location in La Laguna on a pretty quiet street although they even provided ear plugs in case you are a lighter sleeper. Would definitely stay again.
Very nice hosts. Clean, spacey, and especially high ceiling.
La Laguna is tranquile and the location is in the city but also a few minutes walking distance from a beautiful countryside.
We will be back.
Anyone wanting to explore the north of the island, La Laguna shopping area for example is a short tram ride
Such an inviting place, very pretty and excellent host and breakfast was so fresh and delicious
A perfect 4 star hotel. A great breakfast buffet. A few meters from the very center of LA LAguna. Parking for 10E in the hotel. Very pleasant reception staff. A good choice indeed.
Super Friendly staff all around, 24 hour open lobby, great location to be able to travel anywhere good food in hotel and nearby restaurants great hotel overall.
