Most importantly, Ariana gave us the opportunity to try Apulian food. It was the most delicious food we tried, even though we visited many restaurants. Boasting a garden and views of pool, Dimora Iconica is a recently renovated holiday home located in Locorotondo, 36 km from Taranto Cathedral. It was a beautifully and tastefully renovated Trullo house. Attention to detail both in the Trullo and in the grounds made for high end accommodation. Comfortable bed, the shutters kept the place cool during the day and dark at night. The pool was lovely and the outdoor cooking and dining area was well equipped and provided a relaxing space in the shade. It was a perfect location for exploring the nearby local tourist spots while not being far from the coast.
