The innkeeper was incredibly kind and welcoming. The breakfast was a lovely spread of breads, cereal, boiled eggs, yogurts, coffee, etc. Excellent location with a bus stop across the street.

It was the best accommodation experience possible. Tommy really made us feel at home. In my opinion, the house is located in the most beautiful part of London. You can reach Queensway tube station in ten minutes. You can also walk to Hyde Park in ten minutes. There are also great restaurants and markets near the house. You can access everything you need. I go very prepared for my travels because I don't know what I will encounter, but if I had known that this house was so well-equipped, I would have made less preparations. This house has a converter for European sockets, a coffee machine, snacks and everything you might need in a house. Everything has been considered and aesthetics have not been sacrificed. It is a very nice apartment and is located in a wonderful garden. Watching the squirrels passing through the garden while drinking your coffee in the morning feels really great. The room and bathroom are very clean and comfortable. During our trip, we tried to cope with our desire to go home. The peace of the environment seems to beckon you to it. Tommy's surprises and his wonderful dog Blanco are other things that will make this house indispensable. In summary, it is a very peaceful and comfortable place that you can choose with peace of mind for a wonderful accommodation experience. Enjoy it. Thanks again to Tommy and Harolda for everything. All I can say is that I love this place and would stay again without a hesitation! On arrival, I was warmly welcomed by the hosts and everything felt so comfortable and home-like. The bedroom and adjoining bathroom were of good size and spotlessly clean. I used to live in the UK and at times have some reservations what comes to the accommodation quality, based on my own experiences in the past. The pictures already looked nice on the website, but even better live! A top choice!

Loved staying at the Black Lion. It was a very comfortable stay. My husband and I arrived a few hours before check in and we were allowed to have an earlier check in. Our room was clean and fresh. We were given complimentary waters each day. The continental breakfast each morning was fresh and well presented. Not many options for breakfast but I thought it was adequate. The building is beautiful and the pub is exceptional. The area around the Black Lion was lively and safe, nearby bus & train stops. Will definitely recommend staying here

Amazing hotel, fantastic find and lovely location within easy reach of independent shops and restaurants. We loved the beer garden and dining facilities, very homely and well thought out. Oh, and what a HUGE bed!
