When I booked this hotel I didn’t expect anything even though I read good reviews but since it says 3 stars I didn’t expect anything, but this hotel was beyond any expectations. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and helped with all the information I asked. The room was big and clean. The breakfast was really good. The restaurant right steps from the beach with great menu options and great service. I don’t have enough words to describe how wonderful everything was and when I checked out the receptionist lady gave me a little gift. I would rate this hotel 5 stars or more.

For breakfast all types of cerials and different jams, nuts and dried fruits, eggs in every way possible, chesses, salads, pastries, fruit... Location of the hotel is also optimal - it is not on the coast so it is not noisy, but is still really close to the beach. Employees are beyond kind and helpful and hotel itself is fully renovated so it was really enjoyable

During our stay we have been the only guests in the hotel & the manager PETKO has done his best efforts to make our stay a real success. The entire hotel is of an unique size & built to very high standards & very tastefully decorated, all bed linen are of linen from ZARA HOME. The 2 apartments are extremely spacious & tastefully decorated, there are NESPRESSO coffee mashines with free capsules available, the kitchens are of high quality & MIELE appliances. The KING APARTMENT is slightly bigger & offers a large private terrace overlooking the patio with the restaurant terrace. There are 2 restaurants in the hotel (both of them have been still closed during our stay) but they should be open soon. Despite some minor improovements needed: we can highly recommend the hotel to everyone who wants to be midst in NESSEBARs old town an UNSECSO HERTITAGE sight.
