Boasting an open-air bath and views of mountain, Onsen Guest House Tsutaya is a recently renovated ryokan situated in Hakone, 6.5 km from Hakone-Yumoto Station. Free WiFi is available throughout the property and private parking is available on site. The accommodation features a lift, a shared kitchen and luggage storage for guests. The hotel was a very nice surprise when we visited Japan. The shared bathroom was a unique experience, the traditional room was worth the visit and the hotel offered a very relaxing onsen. It is in a nice location (near bus stations, among trees), with very friendly and helpful staff.

Kusatsu Onsen Eidaya is located in Kusatsu. The property is a 10-minute walk from Kusatsu Yubatake and Kusatsu-Onsen Bus Terminal. Guests can find a private hot spring bath and Japanese restaurant on site.

At the ryokan, all rooms include a flat-screen TV, fridge and wardrobe. Certain rooms feature in-room hot spring bath, while some rooms offer a kitchen with a microwave. We had 2 very relaxing days at Kusatsu Onsen Eidaya. The room was large, the Futons were extraordinary comfortable. The food was amazing. The 3 private Onsen rooms are awesome. Thank you. We will come back.

All rooms have a private toilet and washbasin, while bathroom facilities are shared. Green tea sets with snacks are provided. Staff was super friendly, and even the locals will go out of their way to help you

Main Dining Room "The Fujiya" serves French cuisine in an elegant space. Restaurant Cascade offers Western dishes, while Kikka-so serves traditional Japanese kaiseki dinners. A bar, lounge and bakery are available. Beautiful, clean and comfortable! Great rooms and very friendly staff.

The nearest airport is Oshima Airport, 87 km from the ryokan. The onsen and the whole environment was so amazing and relaxing. Staff was very kind and really cared about everything, they even gave me a spotlight after the sun set when I walked to a nearby store. Breakfast (pastries) were served in the morning with tea/coffe, I didn't know that breakfast was included so it was a nice surprise.

Providing lake views and a garden, Chuzenji Pension offers accommodation in a prime location in Nikko, within a short distance of Kegon Falls, Chuzenji Lake and Chuzenji Temple. It is located 16 km from Nikko Toshogu Shrine and features luggage storage space. The ryokan provides rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. Wonderful people great location

With free WiFi, this 3-star ryokan offers free shuttle service and luggage storage space. The ryokan has a hot tub, sun terrace and outdoor fireplace, and guests can grab a bite to eat in the restaurant. The place is exceptionally located, in the middle of nature, though not easy to access. The hot springs are also great. Overall, our experience was memorable.

The ryokan has a hot spring bath and full-day security. The staff was amazing and super accommodating. The private onsen was a great experience and really nice that your room gets an hour per day.

Offering free WiFi throughout the property, the ryokan is soundproof and has a hot spring bath. It was located in a quiet and peaceful area. The room was very clean, and spacious. The onsen, though small, was comfortable and lovely. The hotel manager really helped by recommending an itinerary and provided us with a lot of useful information. He was also a lovely man to have a chat with. Very kind and considerate.
